How can I pay?

We offer different payment methods. Please check the payment info page for more details.

Do you accept credit cards?

Sorry we no longer accept credit cards Most credit card companies are situated in the USA and they prefer not to have relationships with progressive companies like Highstreet. Our apologies for the inconvenience. .

Can I send cash?

You can pay cash in Euros, US dollars or British Pounds. Please send the payment in an envelope to:

Important note: Shipping of cash is at your own risk. Please send it in a medium sized envelope without coins or any other signs which reveals the content of the envelope.


Can I pay with Western Union?

Sorry NO! Western Union does not like our products and forced us to stop using their services.



 

What are your Dutch bank details?

Just go to your personal bank and give them all our bank details like the IBAN and Swift/BIC codes, which you can find below. Some banks do charge for international money transfers. The international money transfer normally takes 3-4 business days to arrive.

Pay less!

If you transfer money via companies that offer cheap international bank transfers, the service fee will be lower than if you transfer money via your own bank. This is especially interesting for non-EU/eurozone customers. You do not need an account, and we can ship your order as soon as we're notified of your payment. Much faster and easier!

Do you sell product Xx?

You can find everything we sell with the menu or the search form on the left. If you miss something in our range of products or if you have any suggestions, you can always contact us of course. But please do NOT ask us for illegal products or marijuana!

There is something wrong with the product you sent me, can I send it back?

Yes, we have a not-good-money-back guarantee; you can send back all products you do not like. We will give you your money back.

Please
contact us first before sending products back to us. We do not refund shipping costs, unless there are mistakes from our side. Please contact us as soon as possible when you want to send back products, we do not refund orders after 31 days.

Is this product legal to sell in my country?

As is stated in our order conditions: The products must be legal in the country you order from. All products we sell are legal in Holland; however we cannot check the legal status of a product in every single country. It is your responsibility to check the legal status of a product. We cannot provide you with any information about how strict the customs of your country are. The laws and rules change too fast and we cannot keep the website up to date regarding this subject. We are very sorry about this.

Do you have a shop in Amsterdam?

No, sorry. We do not have a shop in Amsterdam. We only sell through the internet.

Your website does not work!

Our website does not function correctly if your browser does not accept cookies. Please enable the cookies in the internet options of your Internet Browser. This way you can put products in your cart.

In MS internet explorer click on Tools -> Options and then select the Privacy options tab. The privacy settings have to be Medium-High or less for the Highstreet website to function correctly.

Another source for this problem could be a firewall like ZoneAlarm. Please adjust your privacy settings in this Firewall before using the website.


Account

 

Can I change my email address?

If you want to change your email address, please make an entirely new account on our website, because your email address is used as your login name as well. If you would just tell us your new email address, we could only change it in our database, but it's not connected to your account on the website, so there you would still have to use the former login.

I forgot my password

If you forgot your password, you can get a new one through our website. You can do this by trying to login. The option "forgot password" will appear. Click on that and a new password will be send to you.

I could not login

Our website does not function correctly if your browser does not accept cookies. Please enable the cookies in the internet options of your Internet Browser. This would probably fix your login problem.

Order

 

Why have I not received my order yet?

You can see when and if your order is send in your order overview. When the postal services give us a tracking number, you can also find this with your order information.

The delivery times on our website are just an indication, there could be many reasons for delays most of them pretty harmless: holidays, traffic problems, etc.

If you have not received the package on time please check your local post-office first before contacting us. Sometimes the postman also leaves your package at your neighbours.

I just ordered something, when does it arrive?

Your order will be sent directly when we receive the payment. A Cash On Delivery order will be sent the same or next business day. For shipping times see our order information page. If you are not at home you can pick up your parcel at the nearest post-office.

Why is the minimum order amount 15 Euro?

The minimal order amount is 15 Euro to cover our shipping and handling costs. For every order it takes some work to prepare and pack everything.

Can I get a bigger discount if I make a bigger order?

Yes, as you can see on the site, the products get cheaper when you order more. If you make an order over 500,- we can give some products for free. If you order over 1000,- we can offer a discount of 5 %.
